3. The maximum voltage for the capacitor is 1.1 times of tated voltage, maximum current is 1.3 times of rated current and maximum output is 1.3 times of rated output.
4. The capacitor should be used under altitude of 2000m.
5. The residual voltage when apply voltage should not exceed 10% of rated.
